Failed registrations
If a registry rejects your registration, you receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method.
Successful registrations
Once a domain is registered, registries don't refund the fee, so registrations are generally non-refundable. As a consumer in the EU you agree that the service starts immediately and the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the domain is registered.
Renewals
Accidental auto-renewals can be refunded within 5 days if the registry allows deletion during its grace period.
